Exchange and Return Policy
At Cute Co. we find it important that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are happy to help you with the exchange/return process. Here you will find information about exchanges/returns, both from our legal obligations and the expectations of you as a consumer.
Legal Return Obligation
As a webshop, we are obliged to give you the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. This applies to most products that you buy from us. You have the right to cancel the order without giving reasons within this period.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days to return. This means that the package must be in our possession again within this period. The costs for returning from your home to us are at your own expense.
Returns Policy
1. Return period: You can return your products within 14 days of receipt.
2. Product condition: Make sure the items are in their original condition , unworn and with the original tag and packaging . We cannot accept returns on damaged or used items. Please note: if you paid with a gift voucher, it will also be refunded in the form of a gift voucher, so no purchase amount will be returned.
3. Shipping costs: The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense , unless the item is defective or not in accordance with the order.
How to return
1. Contact us: Before making a return, please contact us at info@cute-co.com or send us a WhatsApp message at +31 6 57117230 so that we can provide you with specific instructions.
2. Pack the items: Make sure the items are properly packed to avoid damage during transportation.
3. Send the package: Send the package to the following address:

Make sure you send your return shipment with Track & Trace returned, if you do not use this then this is at your own risk if the package is lost in the mail and Cute Co. will not be responsible for this loss.
Refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the amount of the returned items within 14 days using the same method as payment was made. Please note that we may retain an amount for any depreciation if the products are not in their original condition. If you have made use of our Free shipping from €60,- and by returning you will get below this threshold amount ? We will then still charge the shipping costs incurred.
